Bohannan Huston has the tools and talent to design and create comprehensive Geographic System (GIS) and Land Information System (LIS) databases based on the unique needs of the client. We gather and integrate spatial and non-spatial data to aid in the analysis of complex issues to best support the client’s business decisions. With this capability, we fulfill our clients’ needs for interactive, easy to maintain database tools that can be used for funding presentations, managing assets, tracking maintenance and facility life spans, and conducting “what if” analyses. Bohannan Huston’s expertise in this area provides a range of benefits. Our experience building queries and creating, evaluating, and utilizing GIS data makes us well suited to bring client information into GIS format. Our expertise in importing already-existing client data, integrating our engineering and survey/mapping expertise, and using the GIS environment for asset management is often instrumental in achieving the client’s objectives.
Once client data is housed in a GIS, we perform robust quality control and deliver geospatial data products in a variety of data constructs, including CADD and GIS.
