Bohannan Huston President Brian Burnett Wins Leadership Award

Albuquerque, New Mexico / April 24, 2008 - Bohannan Huston, Inc. (BHI) President Brian Burnett has received the Distinguished Alumnus Award by Leadership New Mexico. Brian will be honored at the 2008 Leadership New Mexico Annual Awards Dinner, to be held Friday, May 9 in Albuquerque. Brian is an alumnus of Leadership New Mexico’s Class of 2001 and is known for his expertise in state water issues.

According to the Leadership New Mexico press release that announced the award, “The Leadership New Mexico Distinguished Alumnus Award recognizes a Leadership New Mexico graduate whose leadership activities have exemplified the highest standards and whose activities achieved statewide significance.”

Leadership New Mexico is a ten-month program that educates leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors about statewide and regional issues. The program’s goal is to train community leaders to effectively analyze and develop solutions to the issues facing the state. BHI Vice President Rob Richardson is a current participant in the program.
